UNT Servers Explode, Too Many Students Register at Once

Enrollment will be dramatically delayed.

The servers inside the UNT administration building exploded in a fiery eruption at approximately 7:08am this morning. This was caused by an overload of students trying to enroll in classes.

“It was just too much,” said IT Coordinator Eugene Morose, “our servers just couldn’t handle it.”

This is expected to delay the enrollment process drastically. Students will now have to register for classes by “drawing from a hat,” much like the university required in 1890.

“Don’t expect to get any of the classes you need in order to graduate,” said one advisor, "it's going to be a long time before any of that happens."
